Price lists

What each builder agreed to pay: per service, or per sq ft of the home. PO lines that don't match a per-service price are flagged.

A purchase order is flagged when a line is priced differently from this list, when a line is for something not on it, or when its scope mentions a service on the list that no line pays for — a garage sweep folded into a final clean. The PO stays open either way; the flag is for raising with the builder before the work is done.
